Had uterine ablation surgery on 30/04/24. From the initial consultations to blood tests pre-op appointment and the surgery itself I can't complain about a thing. Always been seen promptly and everyone that iv seen has been professional and friendly. The op went smoothly and the Scottish nurse that took care of me after was a legend!!(unfortunately cant remember her name)I certainly created some mess that day and she was so kind and reassuring,nothing was too much bother for her. Unfortunately couldn't find her before I left to thank her, so many thanks to you and all the staff involved! :)

The care and treatment I received was excellent. From first contact to discharge following surgery, the service was very efficient, friendly, professional, caring and productive. The high degree of the specialist medical care was evident and reassuring. The nursing staff were all so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and confident. Thank you very much. I will also write a special hand written note to the two nurses who cared for me on the day of my surgery. One was a staff nurse and the other a pre-registration nurse (whose names I know I cannot mention here). Their care, attention and thoughtfulness was very much appreciated.

Just had my gall bladder removed. Was seen and had surgery in just over a week and half ! Totally lovely kind staff from porters to consultants . Mr Lorenzi was a delight and I’m recovering well .
